Embodying Daya: Cultivating Compassion in a Fragmented World

  • TBD Surrey, BC Canada (map)

Compassion (daya) lies at the heart of what it means to be human — a quality rooted in empathy, love, and our deep connection to one another. In this session, we will journey through Gurbani to understand the virtue of compassion and discover how it has been interpreted and embodied throughout Sikh history.

Together, we will reflect on how nurturing this virtue within ourselves can become a source of strength, clarity, and hope as we navigate an increasingly fragmented world.
